Six. Product Detailed Information

Cr12MoV cold work mold steel is a high wear-resistant micro-deformation tool steel, with high wear resistance, hardenability, micro-deformation, high thermal stability, high bending strength and other properties. second only to high-speed steel. It is an important material for stamping molds and cold heading molds. Cr12MoV mold steel is a carbon-molybdenum lede steel, its carbon content is lower than that of Crl2 steel, and molybdenum and vanadium elements are added, so that the hot workability, impact toughness and carbide distribution of the steel are significantly improved. Cr12MoV mold steel and Compared with Cr12 mold steel, the carbon content is lower. The newly added alloying elements improve the inhomogeneity of carbides. Molybdenum Mo can reduce carbide segregation and improve hardenability. Vanadium V can refine grains and increase toughness.

Therefore, Cr12MoV mold steel has high hardenability. The section below 400mm can be completely hardened, and it can still maintain good hardness and wear resistance at 300~400℃. In addition, the custom-distributed Cr12MoV mold steel has better toughness than comparable materials on the general market, and the possibility of volume change during quenching is greatly reduced. Therefore, it has high wear resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties.

The advantages of Cr12MoV mold steel are more suitable for the manufacture of various molds with large cross-sections, complex shapes and high impact, as well as various cold stamping tools under heavy working conditions, such as: punching molds, trimming molds, folding molds, Steel drawing molds, circular saws, standard tools and gauges, wire rolling molds, etc.
