Custom Cutting

Steel plate cutting refers to the process of cutting and processing steel structures according to needs in industrial production. Currently used technologies are Flame cutting, Water cutting, Plasma cutting, CNC cutting, and so on.

Processing Service

Our processing services include:

Cutting Services, Milling Services (Single - Side milling, Double - End Milling, Face Milling),

Precision Grinding, and Chamfering Services.

Flame cutting: Flame cutting is the most widely used cutting technology at present. It mainly uses the mixed combustion of gas and oxygen to generate high temperatures to oxidize and melt the steel, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting. The gas used is natural gas, acetylene, propane, etc. Acetylene has been explicitly eliminated by the state. Natural gas and propane are new types of gas technology, which need to be added with a curing agent, after curing and activation, to achieve the purpose of cutting.

Water cutting: It is a newly developed cutting technology in recent years. It uses high-pressure water jets to cut steel plates. It has advanced technology and high cutting precision. It is suitable for cutting thin, medium-thick, and high-precision steel plates. The disadvantage is that the cost is high, and general industrial cutting does not require high-precision cutting, so it is not suitable for ordinary industrial cutting.

Plasma arc cutting: It is a processing method that uses the heat of the high-temperature plasma arc to locally melt (and evaporate) the metal at the incision of the workpiece, and uses the momentum of the high-speed plasma to remove the molten metal to form a cut. Plasma cutting can cut various metals that are difficult to cut by oxygen cutting with different working gases, especially for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel). At present, the plasma cutting speed is fast, especially when cutting ordinary carbon steel sheets, the speed can reach 5~6 times that of the oxygen cutting method, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is small, and there is almost no heat-affected zone.

CNC cutting: refers to the workpiece instructions (or programs) used to control machine tools or equipment, and is a new control method given in digital form. When the instruction is provided to the control device of the CNC automatic cutting machine, the cutting machine can automatically cut according to the given program. CNC cutting technology is an organic combination of traditional processing technology and computer numerical control technology, computer-aided design and auxiliary manufacturing technology. CNC cutting is composed of two parts: CNC system and mechanical framework. Compared with traditional manual and semi-automatic cutting, CNC cutting can effectively control and improve cutting quality and cutting efficiency through the cutting technology, cutting process and automatic control technology provided by the CNC system, that is, the controller.

Milling Services

Milling is a high-efficiency machining method that uses a rotating multi-blade tool to cut a workpiece. When working, the tool rotates (for the main movement), the workpiece moves (for the feed movement), and the workpiece can also be fixed, but at this time the rotating tool must still move (to complete the main movement and the feed movement at the same time). Machine tools for milling include horizontal milling machines or vertical milling machines, as well as large gantry milling machines.

The characteristics of being suitable for plane parts are that the processing surface can be parallel to the horizontal plane, perpendicular to the horizontal plane, or form a fixed angle with the horizontal plane; most of the parts processed on the CNC milling machine are plane parts. Parts are the simplest type of parts in CNC milling. Generally, only two-axis linkage or three-axis linkage of a three-coordinate CNC milling machine can be processed. During the machining process, the machined surface is in surface contact with the tool, and end mills or bull nose cutters can be used for both rough and finish machining.

Single-sided CNC milling:

It is the product milling process on one side of the workpiece. The surface shape of the milling machine is generally composed of straight lines, arcs or other curves. Ordinary milling machine operators according to the requirements of the drawing. Constantly change the relative position between the tool and the workpiece, and then cooperate with the selected milling cutter speed, so that the tool can cut the workpiece, and various workpieces of different shapes can be processed.

Double-sided CNC milling:

The double-head milling machine is one of the most widely used milling machines in machinery manufacturing and assembly factories. The difference from traditional milling machines is that it can perform product milling on both sides of the workpiece at the same time.

The double-head milling machine has the characteristics of simultaneous milling on both sides, one is to improve the processing efficiency, and the other is to reduce the repeated clamping error.

The fully automatic CNC type has a series of automatic functions such as automatic feeding, automatic clamping, and automatic processing. The advantage is that the hands are freed, the accuracy is guaranteed, and the power consumption is small.

Face milling:

The end milling machine is a milling machine in which the milling head is arranged horizontally and can move along the guide rail of the horizontal bed to process the vertical plane.

The face milling machine has a large processing range and is suitable for face cutting of metal materials such as castings and steel parts, and is widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry. It is especially suitable for the plane milling of the mold industry and the frame of the plastic mold frame. It can perform milling, drilling, boring and other special-shaped surface processing on the two ends of the ultra-long workpiece.

Precision Grinding

A surface grinder is a type of grinder. Mainly use the grinding wheel to rotate and grind the workpiece so that it can achieve the required flatness.

Grinding is the finishing process (such as cutting process) on the processed surface through the relative movement of the grinding tool and the workpiece under a certain pressure by using the abrasive particles coated or pressed on the grinding tool. Grinding can be used to process various metal and non-metal materials. The processed surface shapes include plane, inner and outer cylindrical and conical surfaces, convex and concave spherical surfaces, threads, tooth surfaces and other profiles. The machining accuracy can reach ± 0.05 mm, and the surface roughness can reach Ra 0.63.

Chamfering Service

Chamfering refers to the processing of cutting the corners of the workpiece into a certain slope. Chamfering is to remove the burrs on the parts due to machining, and to facilitate the assembly of parts, chamfering is generally made at the end of the parts.

Generally, the function of chamfering is to remove burrs and make them beautiful. However, the chamfers specially pointed out in the drawings are generally the requirements of the installation process, such as the installation guide of the bearing, and some arc chamfers (or called arc transitions) can also reduce stress concentration and strengthen the shaft. The effect of the strength of the class part. In addition, it also facilitates assembly, generally before machining is complete. On agricultural machinery parts, especially the end faces of round fittings and round holes are often processed into a chamfer of about 45°. These chamfers have many functions, and must be carefully checked and fully utilized during maintenance operations, otherwise it will bring many difficulties to the maintenance of agricultural machinery, and even cause unexpected failures. For example, chamfering is also performed before the forming process of small parts such as bolts, so that the material can easily enter the forming mold.
